Pollution Control

Description

Every human process creates pollution and as custodians of the environment, we need to understand how pollution arises and what we can do to minimise, and stop, pollution arising.  Within this module you will consider air, water and land pollution and what strategies can be put in place to mitigate and remediate pollution.

This is an SCQF Level 11 module and upon successful completion, participants will be awarded 20 credits.

 

Delivery 

This module will last for 11 weeks.  A full timetable will be published in advance of course commencement. 

This class is scheduled to run on a Monday afternoon, 1pm to 5pm.  The first class is Monday 2nd October, with the final class on 11th December.  Classes will be face to face and held on the Paisley Campus.

This module will be delivered by Dr Iain McLellan.

 

NOTE: This is a university module and upon approval of your application, you will be invited to register and then supported to complete enrolment.
