In this presentation we will discuss what contributes to anxiety and stress in the modern world, and the impact that this can have on both physical and mental health.
We will then look at how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and strategies can be used in everyday life to help alleviate the causes and symptoms of anxiety.
This session will begin at 9.30am and will run for around 45 minutes, including time for questions with our course leaders.
