In this session, we will explore how small increases in exercise and improving balance can help you avoid becoming frail as you get older.

Description

In this session, we will explore how small increases in exercise and improving balance can help you avoid becoming frail as you get older.

This is a taster from our specialised learning opportunities, available to help you support older people with frailty and at risk of frailty to live the best life possible.

This session will be led by Raymond Duffy, our programme leader for the MSc. in Gerontology (with Dementia Care) and is expected to last around 15 minutes.

The session is free to attend but advanced registration is required.  A link to join the session will be sent to the email that you have registered with.
