Taster Session: Lean Six Sigma & Quality Management

Join us for a live session with UWS academics to understand how your organisation could benefit from gaining certification from one of the leading providers of Lean Six Sigma training in Scotland.

Description

Lean Six Sigma is a certified process improvement and quality management qualification, in three levels: yellow belt, green belt and black belt.

Lean Six Sigma is a systematic approach to enhance profitability, productivity, overall business performance and most importantly, customer satisfaction.  It uses a statistical approach and methodology to measure and reduce variation to improve performance and eliminate waste, including defects, over-production, waiting, non-utilised talent, transportation, inventory, motion and extra-processing.

We are now living in an ever-increasingly digital world, and, as a result of COVID-19, more companies have been forced to adopt a digital-first approach.  Lean Six Sigma is beneficial tool for companies that are seeking to embrace large organisational changes, such as a full digital transformation, as it can assist in driving simplification, automation and digitisation of processes.

Join us on Wednesday 26th August for a live session with UWS academics to understand how your organisation could benefit from gaining certification from one of the leading providers of Lean Six Sigma training in Scotland.

The session will last around 45 minutes.
