Certified process improvement and quality management qualification, in three levels.

Description

What is Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma is a powerful management tool that provides organisations with a systematic approach to enhance profitability, productivity, overall business performance and most importantly, customer satisfaction. Lean Six Sigma uses a statistical approach and methodology to measure and reduce variation to improve performance and eliminate waste, including:

  • Defects
  • Over-Production
  • Waiting
  • Non-Utilised Talent
  • Transportation
  • Inventory
  • Motion
  • Extra-Processing

We are now living in an ever-increasingly digital world. More companies are adopting a digital-first approach. Lean Six Sigma can also be a beneficial tool for companies that are seeking to embrace large organisational changes, such as a full digital transformation, as it can assist in driving simplification, automation and digitisation of processes.

Why study Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma not only reduces process defects and waste, but also provides a means for achieving a culture for continuous improvement. Virtually any key business process where the Lean Six Sigma methodology is properly applied and sustained, could return high yield, bottom-line results. By investing in Lean Six Sigma, you’re investing in the future of your organisation and giving staff the tools to confidently make operational decisions.
