You will complete an individually written report comprising two complementary elements:
- Organisational EDI Review – You will evaluate how equality, diversity and inclusion are embedded within an organisation, ideally drawing on your own workplace, to critically examine current approaches, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and consider how inclusive practices can be strengthened.
