Project teams struggle with identifying and engaging stakeholders, with understanding dependencies that might cause a problem to fail (or equally to succeed), and with integrating activity into ‘business as usual’ once the core project is complete.
UWS runs project and quality management programmes from beginner to masters level; incorporating the latest tools, techniques and research into our courses. We employ trainers both from within our university academics and from industry, to ensure that methodology is relevant and case studies are relatable. Browse our courses or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
