Description

Distress leads to a range of behaviours and responses for some people living with dementia, despite all care efforts to manage biopsychosocial stress. Using case based learning and a multi component approach to distress will empower participants to improve care outcomes. 

This study day will benefit practitioners working closely with people living with dementia who experience distress.

Prerequisites

You will work as a health and social care practitioner working
with people with dementia or have a role in supporting others to deliver
best dementia care.
