In this session we will be covering major social media community platforms, and we will be providing techniques and strategies that will allow charities to create value by building strong digital communities. Participants will learn to convert social media activity to commitment, loyalty and engagement and social capital. What are the components of a healthy digital community? How it can influence policy? This is not a theoretical workshop, we will be providing the platform the processes required to develop community building online so participants are encouraged to bring their work and case studies to implement into practice.
