This workshop aims to deliver the workflow and process blueprint of a client onboarding process. The onboarding process is composed of external communications and engagement dataflows together with internal client/consumer engagement data. This commercial onboarding process aim to streamline product and service delivery by transforming the client or consumer to an active participant to the production or project progress, provide transparency and access to product specs or project documentation and personalized feedback using real-time dashboards. This workshop will utilise Google Suite & Cloud applications and participants will learn how to plan, develop and apply scalable, production-ready enterprise workloads.
